We are looking for a candidate to fill this position at our client's office in Newbury. They are looking for someone to cover maternity leave for a position that involves copy typing, diary management, minute taking, preparing and summarising reports and presentations and manipulating data.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and an excellent telephone manner. You must also possess over 2 years' experience in an administrative role. Your organistional skills will be excellent and, while being happy in a team environment, you must be a self-starter.
Hours of work
9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
£17,000 - £19,000
Part-time Office Assistant
This Newbury based marketing company need an experienced Office Assistant to start as soon as possible for a 3 month period that could be extended depending on how you get on. Key responsibilities include sending mailshots, creating flyers, meeting and greeting customers, reception cover, managing the company database, diary management, stationary orders and all other general administrative tasks.
Successful applicants will be self-confident, organised, creative and must possess excellent communication and organisation skills. You will also be expected to be literate in all basic IT packages.
Hours of work
9am - 2pm (Monday - Friday)
