Customer Service Advisor


An opportunity has arisen for Customer Services Advisors. Working for one of our service based clients in Newbury, the suitable applicant should have relevant experience in customer service and good communication skills.

Responsibilities include: managing high volumes of inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing high standards of customer service, answering customer enquiries, the flexibility to assist other departments when necessary. You will also be expected to undertake any additional tasks requested by the Customer Service Manager.


Suitable candidates must possess the following skills: a great customer service track record, with a minimum of 6 months high volume (70+ calls per day), call centre experience, outstanding customer focus, confident communication skills, IT and switchboard literacy. Foreign languages a plus.



Hours of work

Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm



£16.000 – £20.000 (pro rata)


The offices are located centrally and are easily reached by public transport.


Telesales Executives


A dynamic client based in Didcot are looking for experienced B2B Sales Executives to join their team. The job requires contacting and building relationships with senior level management, so candidates must have outstanding communications skills.


The ideal candidate will have proven track record in sales (have regularly exceeded their targets) and an enthusiastic personality. Knowledge ofsupply chain management is a definite advantage. A self-starter, you will be responsible for the entire sales process and will develop your own client portfolio if you don't have one already.



Hours of work

Monday Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm.




£18,000 + 20% bonus


Alchemy Futures Ltd are currently acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a full-time receptionist. The successful candidate must have previous experience in this area. You will be meeting and greeting visitors, answering telephones and providing administrative support.

E-mail Campaigns Manager


A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced E-mail Campaigns Manager to become part of a well-established team in a new organisation in the Newbury area. The company offices are in a central location, easy to reach by public transport.

Your main tasks include the implementation of e-mail campaign management procedures, from the moment a brief is received to delivering the finished mailshot. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives, managing and implementing the banner schedule and reporting on e-mail campaign results in addition to account management. You will be expected to organise your own tasks and administrative work.


Hours of work

Monday Friday -- am to -- pm.
